With a qualifying degree in laws (LLB Hons), and over 20 years in public service, Jon's expertise come into play when tight deadlines apply, i.e you need to sell fast; bringing efficiency and calm simultaneously. "..The figures need to stack - we need to offer value for money to the tenant and benefits to those parties to the deal. That's where creativity with integrity comes to the fore".
Jon is also an accredited Landlord with the National Residential Landlords Association: "It's important that partners and tenants understand we are committed to best practice and to CPD".
