We’re currently in the process of seeking and selecting the right property investors in order to expand our portfolio of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO’S). We're looking for partners to invest in South Coast property with us. Our business model is to buy and rejuvenate tired properties and where appropriate, add bedrooms, in order achieve a target 15% yield. You’ll note we’re operating in the South Coast area but primarily Southampton and the New Forest at present. We buy at good value, add further value and then re-finance. Our aim is to leave no money in the deal but we always prepare for contingencies and need to know we can trust our partners, just as you need to (and can) trust us. Our relationship with investors is key.
We’re not solely about profit. Although it does drive the bottom line, we’re here to add value to the housing sector and to provide quality, affordable homes that are modern, safe and stylish. Through careful tenant selection and referencing, and quality home provision, we are building a sustainable, long-term business.
What are we looking for? Integrity, reliability, transparency, honesty, a sense of humour, and ideally, business acumen.
